Had a Pioneer AVIC- sat/nav Radio/Cd/iPod fitted, inadvertently when Radio/stereo was removed also removed a Blackbox with a Blue connector in it, Misplaced somewhere,this box apparently stops the mileage from flashing, according to my alfa dealer,( so need one). Have been told that a second hand one will have to compare with the Vin No on car, Cann't under stand this unless it's programed to the car, has any one similar problem,or can shed some light on the subject.

Everything connected to the CANBus needs to be identified to the body computer.



Car checks everything, see that Blue&Me doesn't respond and flags this by
flashing the odometer.

That's just the way the whole thing hangs together, I'm afraid.
