Hi 250.

I have the satnav 'shoe' / 'predisposition' in mine and use an Alfa TomTom. I would guess that two conductors of the wiring to the shoe run to a gps antenna behind the bulkhead, and a signal earth respectively, based on the *assumption* that the traffic data service I subscribe to runs on gps and not a radio data service. I have never opened the book on the satnav, but running standard options, have never had this compass pointer on the dash. The window always shows the current or next turn plus road name. I would like a compass pointer on my satnav and miss it greatly.

My Mito is a 135MA TCT Distinctive built for the British market. Hope useful.
