it gets better - a quick internet search shows the same goon driving around with a phone on their ear, and other postings about their arrogance and illegality

to top it off: car not registered at DVLC, so probably not taxed and insured either

if you see it and its driver, do try to take a photo and - if it has no tax disc - report it to DLVC, thereby making the world a safer place for all of us :thumbs:

have enjoyed this one - got a lead from two other friends on other photos of this goon, and (!) the DVLC licence check site which showed the licence to be 'fake' (there is NO Bentley with this registration on public record, so they are either in MI5 or it is a fake plate).

cheerfully dropped the lot on the desk of Bedfordshire plod to look

don't want an unlicenced uninsured nutter using one hand to hold a phone while looking for a pedestrian crossing to park on, do we
