"Come to Beaulieu in your Alfa Romeo on Sunday 30 June for ‘Simply Alfa Romeo’. A gathering of Alfa Romeo cars of all shapes and sizes.
Owners of Alfa Romeo cars are invited to bring their car to Beaulieu, both classic and new, and become part of the event. All models welcome. Also featuring a cavalcade and display on the Main Arena of 20 cars chosen from all rally entrants - one of these selected cars will be the winner of the People's Choice Award and Beaulieu trophy. The competition is open to all Alfa Romeo owners taking part in the rally and will take place at approximately 2.30 on the day of the event.
Feel free to turn up on the day. Admission to the event includes entry to the whole Beaulieu attraction.
Entry into the Beaulieu Parkland with your Alfa Romeo is from 9.30am – the Brabazon Restaurant will be open for bacon rolls, cakes, teas and coffees.
Please note that if you wish to park alongside your friends, or fellow club members, you must arrive together as there will be no designated areas available.

Adults £10.00
Children £5.00
provided you arrive in an Alfa Romeo!

It's great value because you see all the Beaulieu attractions including the museum, Top Gear, James Bond Exhibition, Secret Army, House and Gardens. A big discount from normal ticket prices (£20 & £12 respectively!)

Anyone planning to go to this from the BUCKS/HERTS area ?
A cruise down with others could be fun , perhaps with a stop on the way ?

Yes, there is another thread and no you are not the only person going!

Hands up - my mistake! I posted the original post (367222) but noticed there was no 'event' posted on the calender. So I posted one, it didn't seem to accept so I assumed that it had 'failed' for some reason, so I posted another. I didn't realise that posting a diary date would start a topic as well. So 3 mistakes! Sorry.

The correct thread is here....

For me , your ' SPECIAL ' just made my day , just took me back to watching Grandprix racing at Goodwood in the 50's age 9/10yrs with my Dad --- at that time we lived in Cowplain Hants so Goodwood was a regular outing in our family .
