Hi all

Winter blues etc. means my '03 TS Spider will be laid up for a few months.
Thinking about connecting up a charger whilst leaving the battery in the car (as it's such a pain to get at), leave connected, or full disconnect? Are there any other things that are necessary to keep 'live'? Alarm maybe. Non original stereo so no code issues.

Suggestions please...

Take a look at CTEK trickle chargers.
I am sure they have been mentioned before.
I don't use mine on the GTV as I try to give it a good run at least once a week. However, I have used it to keep my 1974 Bertone charged up during the worst of the winter weather.

I keep my garaged GTV connected to a CTEK charger / conditioner all year round. I would recommend using one.

If you are worried about leaving it connected full time put it on a timer so it charges 1-2 hours per day to top up any drain. Thats what I do

Thanks all will do - especially with the timer.
