I have an ebay search set up to alert me of new 166 listings, and something I notice quite a lot of is mildly chavved up examples :hurl:

I don't get it. OK, 166s are cheap as chips so it's no surprise they end up in the wrong hands (it's why I bought mine after all!), but what on earth goes through someone's head to think that a 166 is in anyway improved by adding ****ing stickers to it?! Or worse! And I don't care if it's an Alfa Romeo emblem sticker either - a sticker is a sticker - and adding a 6" decal to the front wings just looks bloody awful. The one and only exception I can make is small and discreet cloverleaf emblems, cos they are just about subtle enough to pass off.

Spend £20 on some ****e stickers and make your £800 166 worth £200 and your credibility worth **** all. Solid man maths right there! :soapbox:
