Hi folks,

My alfa has an italian badge and a cloverleaf badge on the back of it that has been there since I bought it.

I've decided I want to remove them now, along with the cloverleaf sticker on the left hand side just under the door.

Can any of you tell me whats the best way to get these off without damaging paintwork or scratching my car? They are on pretty solidly to be honest!

Cheers

I took my 1.9JTDm badge of the back with a length of cotton thread wrapped around two fingers and slid the cotton behind the badges...a bit like you use dental floss......

Once badges were off...washed and polished and hey presto.... no marks left.... :)

hi, use dental floss to cut adhesive pad with a sawing action, remove glue residue and polish up, jobs a good un

Can also heat gently with hairdryer and slowly pull away.

As everyone else has said.. Dental Floss works really well, then just get some Tar remover to get rid of the te glue resin and then use some polish and elbow grease
