Hey guys,
Had two aux belts failed (edge torn) over +- 20 000kms. No woble or rattle on any pulleys, idlers or tensioners.
On further inspection found grooves on idler and tensioner, is this just a result of wear & tear / age and could this be the cause for the belt to move to the outer side and then climb over the pulleys and tear ?
Any info appreciated before I go buy new tensioner and idler.
