The auxillary belt tensioner on my 2.4 Jtd is squeaking again, only done 30k since last replacement, is it the bearing that goes or just the tensioner spring that makes all the noise? how long is it likely to last before it fails completely? Not cheap at £99-120!
Is it a big job to fit apart from wheel arch panel removal?

30K your lucky. mine was replaced in Oct 2010 & I've done a third of the miles you have done, & its noisy again & will have to be replaced. I know Alfa's are pretty crappy but are replacement parts also ?

Bought genuine anti-roll bar links and they only lasted 20k, next lot came off ebay - if they don't last at least there 1/3rd the price, tried to use all genuine parts but as you say they are pretty crappy, might as well by quality aftermarket
