Google translate is wrong then :D

345.000 km since 2003. Only issues were a dodgy thermostat and a rusting brake line.
Car is being taken care of, but nothing out of the ordinary - nu funny updates or "improvements" - regular maintenance is key :)

Oh yes: it sits pretty low so it had a couple of scrapes 'round the bottom...

Wash your mouth out ;)

Impressive for a 350k km car - just think how much €€€ in fuel that is (especially at Dutch prices).

Defects:

- rusty brake pipe
- some scrapes around the bottom
- oil cooler bracket was broken
- small coolant leak
- rad pack wiring loose in the engine bay

They mentioned how good the suspension and bushes were.

They also kept mentioning the fluctuating temp of the coolant - but I think they failed to realise that these cars use a 'direct' or 'live' gauge, so fluctuations are normal. Most (if not all) cars these days use a nominal value on the temp gauge as derived by the ECU.

Goes to show these cars like to be driven and regular maintenance goes a long, long way :)
