Whereas the Mini and Alpine’s cabins feel bespoke and upmarket, the Alfa can’t hide its Jeep Avenger door cards, hard plastic dash and long-arm, short-leg driving position.
Why do motoring "journalists" keep banging on about such trivial details?

"Mostly, though, the Alfa suffers from having to share with its Stellantis brothers and sisters. " So Alfa should spend money they don't have developing & tooling up for small-scale productiom of alternatives to components which are already available in large quantities?

As for the "long-arm, short-leg driving position", how come nobody else has noticed that? Sounds like they are just trotting out the old clichés.

No mention of price - for those of us who pay for our own cars that's more important than how soft the dash trim bits are.

. . .and the Alpine's just a tarted-up Rino!
