It's the principle like the low life that rip off old ladies by saying that they've fixed their roof.

Yes but in alot of cases the warranty (insurance policy) isn't really worth the paper it's written on and at the end of the day I think they can generally decide not to pay out against the insurance policy (warranty). The garage will sell you a £300 warranty that cost them £100 or less.

As I cannot post on celta alfa's original.

Thanks to his post I too have had a successful outcome at the small claims court.

It was a long journey,all the "experts" said it couldn't be done.

Well it can.

Hope this gives some hope and success to others who have been shafted by unscrupulous indvividuals.
