Link works OK dude. Is it a blast at Alfa or the use of pro-mo girls!?!?!

He mentions noticing Flaky paint on the Alfa stand.

Could be the display rather than the cars I suppose, surely they make sure the cars are 100% perfect beforehand.

Good link Marksie, would liked to of had a Gander there myself, perspiring or otherwise. Flakey as in not up to standard? Reckon that was nit picking, just trying to pad it out maybe. Anyone go to it?

Perhaps a play on words as in "flakey pie" in a leery sense....
Can't imagine anyone sending a car with real flakey paint.... ;)

Only been to shows at Earls Court/Birmingham Exe.- motors always seemed prepared on the ball. Maybe some finishes were a bit over the top. Never been a fan of Pearlescent myself. Metallics in the right colour look great though.

He says the girls are useful to hide shortcomings on the cars then mentions flaky paint on the Alfa stand, so whatever he noticed he sees it as a shortcoming, sounds to me he means flaky in the dodgy sense?

Maybe it's the typical 'Alfa's are not built very well' type of attitude and he has not seen any flaky paint...but because they are Alfa's then they must have something wrong with them so just picks that fault out of think air?

I saw the bloke (Ford) at Nice aeroport once on a Honda freebee.

Thought he was a bit of an arse.
