I know it is only August, but there is only something like 100 shopping days before Xmas

Last years event was fantastic, a combination of great event, good food and brilliant company ensured the night was one that was remembered by those who were there.

The venue is the Barnstaple hotel

I am going to run this the same way that we did last year, which was:

The booking will be in the name of Alfaowner, but you will pay your deposit to the hotel directly, it is a lot easier than paying a 3rd party and then relying on them paying the hotel, last year they were really accommodating, some of the guys paying right at the last minute.

Partners/friends are more than welcome, even if they have never been to an event before from experience no one is a stranger at these events ;)

You then pay the balance on arrival, or if you wish when you make the booking, i did that last year and was so relieved that i only had to find money for the beer.

Please can i ask that you only put yourself down as YES on the RSVP once you have paid your deposit.

No doubt Tess and i will do some nagging in the meantime :D

Look forward to seeing you there and celebrating Xmas AO style
