I'll be doing the tried and tested chicken liver with Port and Brandy wrapped in bacon :thumbs:

That's Thursday evenings job sorted :D

Must stop reading your food threads.......especially when the fridge is nearly empty.........:(
Had a roast pork dinner about 4 hours ago but I'm suddenly hungry again....

No but did buy some Foie Gras (both pate and actual liver) for Christmas Eve
dinner. ;)

Foie Gras, I haven't had that in ages :(

It's mandatory!

Just saute slices of the liver and serve on brioche toast
with some fig or orange preserve. Drooooool.... ;)

I feed 12, then give them carry out cold cuts and stuff :D

Nowt goes to waste in our house when the hoard decend, they're like locusts :cry:
