I need to fix the heat in the drivers seat. Took a butchers under it and was bewildered with the array of different wires strapped there. I dont want to start pulling apart connectors without knowing what they are. I doubt they are all required to heat.

Anybody out there in the void of cyberspace know what is what?

One of them will be for the side airbags (usually yellow)

I think that that heated seats connector is usually white (at least I have a disconnected white lead underneath my seats ... and I don't have the heated option)

I do but dont need it cus I have a hot bot anyway:p
Unfortunately does that mean that your seats are now a subtle shade of Brown :p

Ah, ok. So white is ok to pull about, yellow isn't, and Jim's is hot. Got it. :lol:

Yep, yellow is airbag as I don't have the hotplate option. You can disconnect, though, but your airbag system (or maybe just that seat) will be deactivated for the duration of the disconnect.

:eek: Never thought of that! I never ever use my heated seats anyway, dont really see the point of them. Keep my swimmers cool:cool: :D
