i couldn't find any info from a search, so thought i'd ask.

in my GT, i replaced the original handle with a Momo Pitstop version. the original was glued into place; a hairdry, partly splitting the handle (with utility knife) and lots of coaxing had it off. also requires a Momo adaptor/fitment piece that slips over the button; different versions required to suit different shaped buttons (ie: GT = slightly square). new gaitor also required, cos the diameter/circumference of the handle is bigger, necessitating a bigger diameter gaitor to clip around it.

pics from my GT conversion:

can i do it for the 155? which adaptor is required to fit over the button?

thanks. :)

yeah, they look pretty good.

i think i'll visit a local store and see what adaptor pieces they have, that will fit over the 155 button. the main handle piece will most certainly fit; just need the right adaptor.

just for reference, in case anyone stumbles upon this thread again...

yes, the Pit Stop handbrake handle fits. requires the 'A2' adaptor.

a matching Pit Stop gaiter would be ideal, but i chose to save money and use a cable tie to hold the original onto the new handle.

refer to post #184 here, for more info: http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/alfa-155/130531-shinys-155-project-8.html
