Hi, had the car washed up at Asda last night, got it home, only to notice that the high power jet washer has peeled a bit of the laquer off the wheel - a good square inch in 2 places. Is there a cheap / easyish way to fix it, or is it a case of getting the wheels all refurbed? The rest of the wheels are in brilliant nick..

It must of been cracked for the jet to go under it and flick up the laquer, a smart repair guy may be able to do it...

The only way to do it properly is to flat the lacquer back, dust paint on and then re-lacquer the whole wheel, ideally with bead broken to get lacquer in behind where the tyre sits.
