Went for a spin to the Lough Shore at Jordanstown yesterday, and I saw more Alfas in one day than I usually see in a month.
Mostly 156s (including 2 at Carlisles in B'hinch) and 147s, plus a couple of 159s, GTs & GTVs, .

I think someone was trying to tell me something .

PS. we were followed by a black GT from B'hinch to Carryduff, reminded me how absolutley stunning a GT is.

PPS. I have still yet to see a Mito on the road

There's a nice Mito usually parked up on the Albertbridge Road.
I try and get my work colleagues enthusiastic about it, but they're not interested because it's not german

We took a run to Carrick yesterday afternoon and the Lough Shore was very busy. Noticed a red 147 sitting on the grass beside the Shore Road.

There is a red MiTo that goes up our street most days. I followed him in the GTA one day just before I sold it and he nearly went off the road looking at the white V6 beastie in his rear view mirror

Seen a black MiTo near Ballymoney the other week too.

We ended up going via Carrick, just to let Holly get a good sleep, I'm not saying Carrick is boring, we just needed to keep driving for a bit longer.
I was keep a eye out for the VXR8 because I think I remembered reading you are from around that direction, but I didn't spot you.

The red 147 wasn't me, for 2 reasons

1. My car is over in MS with the engine in bits,
2. Bouncing up kerbs and parking on grass , in J's car maybe but not the Alfa :tut:

Was in the wife's Bravo anyway so you wouldn't have seen the red beast. It was hiding up the back of my house as I had to change a wheel after a puncture.

Just a warning to Newtownabbey Alfa owners who are thinking of heading to Lidl to avail of their half price laptop, cheap camping gear and buy 1 get 1 free hula hoops - they're digging up the road at the entrance, there is a ramp the size of cavehill, drove over at crawling speed, heard a sickening crunch. Might've put a dent in the sills

Other than that, saw a cracking black Mito coming out of Tesco, but as I was in the plebs' car park, doubt they saw me.

that was me :) i didnt see you though i always like to see gtv's too.
Your Mito looked great, nice one! Black suits it well!
I was parked up at the edge of Lidl carpark facing towards Tesco carpark entrance. Was inspecting the underside damage that the "ramp" had done

It's a bit of a nuisance that Tesco car park entrance to get in and out of, so you are excused for not noticing the gtv ;)

So you thought you'd post the fact on a public forum for thousands to see?

Hey guys,

I've noticed that over here in NI you don't get too many other Alfa drivers giving you the wave.

Any one been down to Mervyn Stewart's recently. They have 2 8C Competizione. man they are gorgeous.. the sales guy told me that if you want that same red on any other Alfa it costs £15k.
