Alfa Romeo Spider 2004 central locking issue: locks then unlocks, any fixes?

Hi, have joined on behalf of my mum and her 2004 Alfa spider.

I come in search of knowledge about central locking and why it has started playing around and any known fixes.

When you lock the vehicle it just unlocks again straight after ? Any ideas ?
