Hi- Can any one help me?
I have had flash up on my dash board the following: ~
ASR- not working- see handbook
ABR- not working- see handbook
VDC- not working- see handbook
Hill Holder- not working- see handbook
Steering corrector- not working- see handbook

The brake fluid light is permanently on, theses other two are intermittent ABS and traction.
I have taken the car to the garage and their is nothing wrong with the brake fluid and brake pads and they have not hit the sensor.

The diagnostic check says: ~

C003A- rear right wheel speed sensor-intermittent
C0051- streering angle sentor- intermittent
C0074- torque requested on steering wheel can DST module

Any help will be amazing

I had exactly the same problem when I first bought my Mito, literally on the drive home. (Read up on my previous threads)

To resolve the issue two things had to be corrected.

Firstly a new wheel speed sensor was fitted, this didn't initially solve the problem as was indicated by the error messages. In-fact the issue was with some wiring to the ABS sensor which had chaffed, my local dealership diagnosed and repaired this.

Unfortunately I don't have any images or further info but from what I understand the issue was the cabling which connects to the ABS motor.

Hope that helps.

Just went into specialist alfa garage and the guys told me it could be the power steering...does anyone think this could be the right thing? As don't want to be sent down this path if not!

It's cheaper to fix the wiring loom first though, if that is the problem - I had the errors you described and these were caused by broken wiring shorting themselves and generating the messages. Dealership changed all the wiring and not had the issue since. I think, as has been said above, it was related to rear end of vehicle.

Thank you, I will check battery and then get the wiring looked by garage :)
I would suggest a second opinion from somewhere else first, a dealership if this is possible.

As said above ^ I had the same issue which was as a result of the wiring, not a mechanical fault. It'll be unfortunate if replacing the steering column does not fix the problem. Just get the wiring double checked and if this isn't the issue go down that route.

Seen all of those faults that you had flash up and the 1st and 3rd fault code on a 14plate twinair Mito sportiva in August, pads were fine, fluid was fine, fuses were fine, dealer done a reset of the engine, issue reappeared after 3rd start up, turns out it a abs module/pump failure and needed replacing, it took 2 days to replace at the main dealer, luckily it was covered under warranty, it may not be that but it could be a chance
