I hope the Spacing works out... But here is the Top 7, you can see the Alfa would have been right up there

Not bad considering that the 3 cars that really did better make a lot more power if i remember correctly.

You will be going below 1.20 this Sunday.
If you had more than canvas on your slicks last time you would have done it already.
And that's a lot more impressive for a stock 3.0 family wagon.

Which one?
Gertie's no he just used the slicks for 3 laps more than what it was made for. and still managed spectacular lap times.
I think I will let him set the best lap time with my GTV it will probably be 1 minute better than what I can manage.
Like Hennie so delicately point out I am definitely the limiting factor as far as my cars track capability’s go. I am not a racing driver but a glorified mechanical pen pusher.

I think Turbonutter thinks his in the trackday thread, I was also a bit confused... :cheese:

But the Coloni Alfa got too hot after the Restart in the 2nd heat..

Thanks Trackman! Great vid, good quality too.
Hell, that Coloni ate up the field. The power to weight ratio must be very good. You could see on the first lap or so Jan Lammers was still learning the track, but he caught on very quickly. What a professional.

Does anybody know if the car competed at Killarney? How bad was the overheating after that shunt stopped race 2?

Yes it was at Killarney and did well until the gear linkage dislodged itself.

Apparently wiped the floor with all the Porsche’s and big V8’s and then no more gear’s.
According to Sarel everyone wanted to know what V10 is in the car and didn’t appreciate the fact that it’s a normal (used loosely) Alfa V6 wiping the floor with the competition. Was in second place when it stopped shifting and he also started from the back. I think he enjoys chasing the mediocre cars down.
I am sure one of the WC people can give us more accurate info.

The 2 Porsche GT3 German Spec Race cars, looked like they were looking for parking in the straights. That NA busso was ..... ah well.... I walked around the whole day with a horing.....
