So here is my Alfa 147 bought it bone stock and made some upgrades:
Engine:
FMIC 550x180x65;
Full exhaust 70mm;
60mm boost pipes;
BMC CDA air filter;
Maf Off;
4bar map sensor;
Egr + egr cooler fully off;
Gtd2056vzk, (from bmw B57 ), welded on stock manifold;
R65 new high pressure pump;
New 341 Ducati injectors;
Suspension and Brakes:
Bilstein b12 kit
Braided hoses on all 4 corners
Ebc Yellow pads all round on stock diameter discs
Front brakes updated to:
4Pot Brembo from Fiat Coupé 20Vt
ATE original brake pads
Ate 305x28mm discs

Some pictures:
100-200 time on Dragy
Tune is 110mm3, 1700bar and 2.3 bar boost, smoke is very reduced
On speedo 100-200 is around 2 seg faster because it has an 10km deficit.
