Multi air unit opens the valves a small amount at part/closed throttle. Shouldn’t affect the compression as compression relies on valves being closed. Was the engine at normal temp ? Shouldn't the figures be nearer to 150psi. Does an MA unit lower the readings ?
I can't see this being a great solution to the problem. It's an oil additive that thickens the oil to reduce blow-by. Might provide a temporary fix but you'll probably destroy the multiair unit which is very sensitive to having the correct oil.Found it on Amazon. It could potentially hold the valves open similar to the old Vauxhall ohc engine ( the followers used to jack up when pressure was taken off them) but it wouldn’t cause oil burning and the engine would misfire.it can if it's faulty....
