thanks alfissimo
i know when the guys in new zealand seen that video they got so excited they started building one with an alfa 164 v6!
I was quite excited too...almost makes me want to put a 3.0 V6 in the back of my 145, convert it to RWD & then wait a few years 'til I can afford the insurance:rolleyes:
It's nice to see people doing interesting things with unusual cars, & doing it properly - looks a nicely set up car, being driven properly...well done that man:D

Anyone know whatever happened to this car? Or what Andy Burton is doing now?

Andy hit the 306 in the forest of Dean and snapped the co drivers rollcage.

Luckily his navvy (also his son on this one) was generally ok apart from a few cuts and bruises.

He got the car back in shape for the sunseeker in Bournemouth but retired after going quite well.

Apparently a new car is in the pipeline but only a select few know what it is.

The MSA are going to clamp down on cars like these in the future though so you might not see any about soon.
