Be good if it actually happened.

I drove a 300C, in the US, back in 2006. 3.5V6.
It wallowed, dived and made a lot of noise to not much effect.

I do hope that the 'new' 300c due out in the Summer has the Fiat JTDm engines fitted not those horrid V6's currently fitted.

As the new Lancia Thema is a 300c with modified front end with the same petrol & diesel V6's i do hope Fiat push for their own engines fitted to the new 300...

But an Alfa 6C, i expect alfa badges and different interior cloth only.

the new Thema is hideous, clearly a 300c with a Lancia badge, the outgoing Thesis looks much more interesting.
I also think the outgoing Thesis was much more interesting, but they just did not sell a lot. Hopefully the slightly revised body and interior upgrades will produce something Lancia can be proud of. At least it is RWD, something Alfa owners have dreamed about for quite a while. I believe that Fiat will put more of an European/Italian influence on the current Chrysler designs in order to make their Lancia's more marketable to Europe. This should also be a good thing for the North American market.

Cheers,
