Hi guys I have the 156 2.5 1999 had the cambelt changed at 63 000 and is now at 95 000 and was just wondering when the belt will need to be changed again.

Cheers Dan.

Officially Alfa say up to 72,000 miles or five years, consensus is less...

What was the date when it was changed at 63k miles? Was it just a cam-belt & tensioner that was changed or were the 2 x idlers and the waterpump changed also? If so was the waterpump a standard 156 2.5 V6 one or the upgraded unit with the metal impellor from the GTV 3.0 V6?
