Here's my dilema my 02' 147 front subframe is literaly almost rusted to death to the point that I'm afraid of driving the car cause its really dangerous, my question is, i've found on a local reseller a decent used subframe the problem is that the seller states that the specific front subframe was from 04' 147(diesel) 5 door version, and my 147 is 3 door version(petrol).
Is there a difrence between the subframe of the 2 versions? I've read somewhere that the facelift version of the subframe is diferent, I was wondering if the pre-facelift is the same.

51 748 952 and 51 748 953 are the 2 part numbers for both TS and JTD which I can find. GT and 147 front subframes should also be the same.

And the door layout is fine too? a 5 door subframe will work fine on a 3 door plataform? dont know if something changes from one layout to another.

You can use subframe 60658214 from 1.6 TS 105-120, 2.0 TS, 1.9 JTD 100, 1.9 JTD 115 and 1.9 JTD 16v 140 always before 6/2003. After subframe was modified for NCAP crash test and it could be different.
