Hi all

I have a set of 147 GTA spings in my garage but I drive a 147 2.0 does anyone know if the GTA springs wil fit ? And will it lower the car ? And ride hard or soft ? Cause rear of car dips heavy on pulloff .

Thank
Giulio

They will fit, but the front spring rate will be too high for the lighter 2.0TS engine.
Given the very high ride height of a std 147 it may not change the front hight much, but the rear will be lower, but as I said, the front spring rate will be wrong.

Thank for the reply.

What would the higher spring rate do to the car ? Will it have a harder ride? I know someone who can mod the spring for ride hight . But only the front will need to be modified for hight?

Thank

I think it will be best get a set of koni springs 35mm to be on the safe side .

And as for the other two they must put a ballast in there pants hahahaha!

its as easy/hard to fit the right parts as the wrong parts

alot of people swear by Eibach lowering springs [ progressive type ]
