Can anyone recommend a good aircon specialist in Kent, had a local call out guy find a bottom joint into compressor leak whixh he fixed, no other obvious leaks from his bubble check, topped up qnd worked well for few days but lasted no longer than a week I assume pressure has dropped now as compressor/relay is no longer switching on, works ok via OBD command, any recommendations would be great....

Intend to try this company to get my Aircon checked/working at some point.
Based in Edenbridge.
Let us know if they're any good!

There is a nice chap at a company called keep cool. Found the hole in my ‘new’ air con rad pretty quickly... can’t remember where he is based in Kent but knows his stuff.

Looks like it will be a long route to cool aircon, 'Derek' at Aircon Direct is very good, I have multiple leeks in all the difficult pipes, the usual Compressor-Condenser pipe holes and also holes on the rubber section between drier and heater box, neither pipes are readily available and he advised as have others that the connectirs used by Alfa with angles are almost impossible to replicate with standard connectors. He thinks he can repair the rubber section, so part1 of the repair will be the rubber with a new drier, part2 will be to remove the condensor pipes and see if the holes can be welded....anyone have an OEM 60663473 hose.. or a tested second hand one let me know.

Quick update on the AC, blowing ICE cold now with no leaks. Derek at Aircon Direct in North Fleet, Kent certainly knows his way around AC pipes, with a full set of spare pipes sought out by my good self, compressor set from breakers and drier pipes pipes from Ebay (Hungary) and a new drier he was able to couple together and commission a working, leak free set of pipes cutting/joining via Compression joints where required and have enough usable spares to do this all again on my other 916 GTV. He's an Old Skool AC guy but definitely will be using again.
