Anyone using the Autodelta sport intake upgrade?
What do you think?

The carbon tube? Looks and sound only but don't expect any more power. Some people reckon you loose a little bit, but I haven't noticed either way. I got this one instead, it's a bit cheaper: tubo aspirazione sportivo alfa romeo 156 147 gta 3.2 v6 Saugrohr Ansaugkrümmer | eBay

How do you find this one? Big difference in sound or is it really only cosmetic? I have just bought one, so just curious.

It's not a huge difference, nothing like a cone filter or anything, but it does sound better. Around 4000rpm the induction sound gets quite "throbby" and in the higher revs sound a bit louder and aggressive. I'm pleased with mine. :yes:

Interesting fellas, Autodelta claim a modest power increase of around 6bhp but noticeable particularly on throttle response.
I do feel between 2-4000rpm there could be a better response, on my car anyway!

I do think they are a bit flat around that range yea... only a remap will solve that though I think!

Been thinking of a re-map but I'm just bit hesitant. At the end of the day the engine runs great, its a real drivers machine, I don't want to spoil that if you know what I mean??

Yep, had mine done by AHM. Very pleased. Get all your upgrades done first. Power increase will be marginal (10-15bhp)I suspect but pulls better at lower revs. Haven"t noticed any difference in mpg.

I have one installed and i notice no difference i don't even know if the sound is different lol the only one thing that i like is how it looks under the bonnet apart form look in my opinion it doesn't make any difference

You'll loose some torque on mid-range due to diffeerent shape (resonance box is gone)

Mine has wizard manifolds and wizard cat back, anything else I should/could get done before?
