hmm... problem then. Try alfa specialists in other countries? you know like ermm.. Wales and Scotland. Seriously though it might be worth trying further afield.
Have you tried Samco? they do lots of garish coloured silicone replacement pipes, they might be able to custom make one for you.

you could get some metal pipe and cut out the split and fill in the missing part with metal pipe and 2 jubilee clips also I saw somware somone selling 90deg and 45deg pipes and metal parts to make up your own and that worked out quite cheep :)

If in doubt, make your own complete induction system, it's easier than you first think...
Plenty of sites on ebay that will sell you all you need at about half the cost of an Alfa OE induction pipe. You also have the peace of mind that it will be a lot, lot stronger than the original so you are taking future failures out of the equation...
This is a good place to start:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-TURBO-INTERCOOLER-PIPE-PIPING-DIY-KIT-76MM-BLACK-/400253997643?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5d30ff524b

Just follow the the shop link and select the bends and sizes you need.. Intercooler and turbo pipes are very similar but stronger than induction pipes due to the pressures and heat they have to endure, so in-built reliability on the induction side is a major plus point.:thumbs:

Which pipe is split?

Its probably only one of three:

* Air intake to the turbo
* Turbo to intercooler hose
* Intercooler to throttlebody hose

I paid £45 + VAT in April last year for a 20v top hose, so I can't see it being £120. Also don't Autolusso do top pipes now? Dan?
We do for the 1.9 16v, its possible it can be trimmed down to fit a 2.4 20v, but we don't have anything off the shelf that fits. We can get an OE Alfa one in at short notice. Haven't got a good used one on the shelf unfortunately.
