I have heard that these can be adjusted........
I have another thread running about a overboost problem and was wondering if the arm as be adjusted and this was my problem.
Mods sorry if I should have put this in the other thread......
so my question is to solve a overboost problem can you adjust the arm....and which way will you turn the bolt....

Many thanks

it can be adjusted, I wouldn't recommend it as its unlikely to cure your problem as the ecu will infinatley try to control boost by adjusting this actuator position anyway.

the reason I ask is that it is a new unit and was wondering if it needed adjusting to suit the car or if the setting is a factory setting....I am even wondering if the previous owner as even tried to adjust it.
so How do I know if it is adjusted correcty?.
What is the correct setting?

Many thanks
