Don't worry, enjoy it.

My MiTo has been no less reliable than other cars I've owned and much more reliable than the Fiesta mk5 that Mrs C had from new a few years ago - that really was made on the Friday afternoon after the factory Christmas party

There's plenty of people on here who will give help and advice and we're a friendly bunch so let me be the first to welcome you to AO.

I've never had any problems with them but others have. If you're lucky they may have an 8C in and start it up for you  If I can give you one bit of advice it would be to get your tracking checked by a tyre place you trust - it's not unknown for it to be way out ...

Welcome to the MiToisti
You'll love it, but will at times regret getting the Etna black as it's a bugger to clean and keep clean :(

On the upside, grin factor is 110% :wow::thumbs:

I have just finished posting on the "Happy MiTo Owners" thread. In short, I have owned a number of vehicles over the many years I have been driving. Including an MX5, a few Mercs, VW's and Audi's. True the MX5 and the Merc's were all very reliable. But the Alfa has proven to be at least as good (better than both Audi's and one of the VW's I had) All cars were either brand new or as new.

Alfa's are cars that need loving, warm it up gently and use the right oil etc and all should be well.

Are you pleased with your mito 135ma ?
Overall yes I am. But being satisfied does depend on previous experience, would you agree?

TBH I have been used to driving much "better" and certainly quicker cars than the MiTo, but on the whole I don't miss them.

The MA is a cracking engine in particular; and the style has real cashe.

Speaks volumes that I reckon

When i drove a 120bhp mito it was a great little car and the 0-60 time is good better than my mx-5 and cheaper to run why is the mito not in the same league ? as they are both different ones a mild hot hatch and the other is a roadster.
