You would have a hard time following your cat around all night waiting for it to **** on someone else’s lawn + clean it up.

Plus if your neighbour’s cat poops on your lawn, you could always take the send it back approach, (just like when they cut their hedges and it drops over your side lol - that’s a joke by the way)!!

I always hate it when i am doing my gardens and i grab in a load of catpoo, happens every years in the fall when you cant see them because of the leaves.

I have 3 cats here, and never ever come across their poo. All buried out of the way and out of sight.
Perhaps, because as seems to be typical round here, they are using a neighbour's garden. I regularly find cat poo only partially buried in my borders and veg plot and we don't own a cat or dog.

I was once told that cats do not poo in their own backyard. Maybe true or maybe not but it is certainly my experience.
