Watched a youtube clip of a 4C the other day Alfa Romeo 4C: Sound, Exhaust, Pipes - Review Interior & Exterior - YouTube and the exhaust sounded amazing. Anyone looked into whether the 4C exhaust can be put on a Giulietta QV or any ideas how to replicate the sound?

Exhaust on the 4C is totally different than on a GQV. It's much shorter to begin with....

I have middle section removed replaced with raggazon straight pipe the rear replaced with R2 line and sounds awesome much better than that !

Get yourself a turbo back Supersprint. Mine has a little resonator just before the backbox but sounds more or less something like the 4C...when it goes into boost its a sound everyone smiles at when they hear it...the 4C will sound unique as its engine is aluminium, and its intake it different, its exhaust is also short...so it will sound insane!

Its amazing! With the SuperSprint on the car we made 226whp...just with the turbo back exhaust!

Its has a slight drone so mine has a resonator in the end of the mid pipe which solves that.

The sound is unlike anything else a real nice sound from a 1750 turbo engine! You won't go wrong with it

The resonator sounds like a good idea . I spent a couple of days with an Abarth Grande Punto SS and it just felt like an old clunker especially on the motorway!
I had a stainless system built for my Delta 2 HPE and the guy asked me how much "noise" I wanted before he built it. He never achieved stock levels and the boom was irritating but people tell me they mellow with build up of stuff inside .

Thnx! The turboback I can get my hands on is the version with the silencer on the mid pipe (partnumber 755503 on the Supersprint site), so not the straight middle pipe. The drone is what worries me the most, but with that silencer in de mid pipe I guess it wouldn't be that bad.

Hey twanspider,

Do you have a video of how the exhaust sounds? I have been planning to do exactly the same setup!
Is there any sort of droning or any issues?
