I have alfa obd but struggling to find the right settings

I don't think AlfaOBD is capable enough for this. It can read and clear the codes, detect individual modules which is good compared to most other apps, but it's not quite there for the more advanced stuff.

My aim at the moment is too try get the car to switch the e brake off since i cant move the car

no need for keys in that case - couple longer wires and battery will will do the job
