Sounds a lot now, but so many examples over many different marques of exceptional cars making exceptional prices......Look back in not too many years time and it will seem a bargain?!nice car, but tell 'im he's dreaming....
Your correct about that, a friend bought a 2000 spider back in the mid 80's for $12000.00 sold it for $21000.00 4 years later, you'd be lucky to get $10000.00 for a decent coupe, things have definitely turned, my GT junior was valued by my insurance at $ 18500.00 I recently had discussions with them regarding its value, I sent them a couple of pictures and they came back saying that worth minimum $35000.00, they value my 2000 spider at $21000.00,Also, when I used to live in Australia, the spiders sold for 50% more than the coupes. I assume there were just more coupes about.
This is perhaps the lowest mileage gtv2000 in the country, but still.....
In the $80k mark some where some here are sayingbut.. for how much?
thanks for the update. I guess in the end the general lower supply of coupes has driven up the priceYour correct about that, a friend bought a 2000 spider back in the mid 80's for $12000.00 sold it for $21000.00 4 years later, you'd be lucky to get $10000.00 for a decent coupe, things have definitely turned, my GT junior was valued by my insurance at $ 18500.00 I recently had discussions with them regarding its value, I sent them a couple of pictures and they came back saying that worth minimum $35000.00, they value my 2000 spider at $21000.00,
