Hey hey, anybody know the specs of 2.5 busso injector o-rings? TIA

The Injectors are BOSCH EV6 types: BOSCH part 0-280-156-039

Any EV6 or even EV1 o-ring will work

The o-ring is 7.5mm diameter with 3.5mm thickness

They will go kaput if you mess with them - take them out, etc... In Situ they should last the lifetime of the engine / car...

If the top rings are bust, you'll smell the petrol leakage and might notice the fluid. If the bottom rings are bust, it will rather draw false air as the vacuum force is higher that the post - injection fuel pressure. That will lead to lean burning at the start that will eventually trigger injector out-of-range warnings as the lambda readings will not correlate to the MAF readings
