Guys,

Whats the recommended Oil for the above engine.

I can get trade at VX being an ex tech, and VX in the 1.9 CDTI use 5w30 fully synth..

So whats the recommeneded for the 2.4 10v?

Not 5W30 for a start...!

Originally 10W40, but I'm sure later changed to 5W40.

Only reason I meantioned 5w30 is thats the GM recommended oil for the 1.9 16v 150 unit.

I have heaps of GM 10w40 - so that should do the job just fine then.
