Hey. Wondering if anyone can gimme a clue... Changed thermostat on weekend as it was sticking open. Its a 166 so had to remove pipe to air filter housing which has the maf attached to it (not sure if that's the same deal as the 156 but...). Changed thermostat and now that's fine. But, now my car is struggling to do the mixture. Idle is lumpy as f, and my fuel consumption is very high. It was fine before. Maf, temp sensor is all plugged it, and all jubilee clips are done up. Have a got dirt or something in my maf? I did get coolant in the air filter box, but cleaned it out before reassembly... Any advice gratefully appreciated.

No idea if its the same. But I have two from a 147 for sale (1.6 and 1.8 twinspark) £20 a pop.


Also try reseting the self learning program. Might help it

Hi. Fixed this now. Antifreeze in my lambda sensor connector. Lol. What a dipstick!
