Just about to change them but have no torque settings.
Can anyone help?

I don't think there is a torque setting as such.

Most spark plugs need to be angle tightened.

I don't think there is a torque setting as such.

There is: 24-30Nm.
Useful if you've never done them before to avoid overtightening them.

Too tight that is....

I use a T handle plug socket, its very difficult to apply much more than 30Nm with that!
