Euro spec S3&4 didn't have the center brake light, only US spec did. So try

No it is NOT the third brake light, on a 1991 veloce the brake light covers the whole back and is 3 pieces , I need the "center" piece runs above license and holds lights (2) for license and reflector facing rearward:thumbs:

That reflector strip is no longer available anywhere, it is specific to the S4. So you have to find one in a breaker's yard - try APE (Alfa Parts Exchange, Calif.)
The rear lamps you can find new for about 240 bucks just about anywhere (remember there are two types, one has little painted white lines inside, the other looks more red, so you need to get the right one to match yours or it will look odd!)

Someone in here or at the Alfabb.com recently wrote a tread on breaking a Spider S4,
It probably that the part you are looking for is near impossible to find
Those Euro suppliers writes 13 85-01-0046 1 Nummernschildbeleuchtung SP ´90 - ´93 auf Anfrage
Center Line doesn't show the part.

"auf Anfrage" means "Ask" ie. another way of saying we don't have it
I saw just one over the years on German ebay, but for sale complete with the r & l light units - it sold quickly.
Like you say scrap yard, or someone breaking an S4 is the only way to go.
