Good result Alan!

Do you know much information about your tune? Maximum boost pressure reached, fuel injection quantity for example? Did you have to carry out any supporting modifications to get the 10v engine to these levels, bigger fuel pump or injectors?

Fuel quantity is really not that high. Less than 80mm3 max.
Problem is we had to keep torque quite low, fuel quantity could be quite a bit more otherwise.
Main drawback is flywheel and clutch.

But since the engine revs up to over 5000rpm, and the GTB2260 makes quite a bit less bacpressure than stock turbo, the power output is still quite high.
Also Alan had an idea to make a top end happy diesel...

Boost is only 1.6bar from 2500-5200rpm, until intercooler gets upgraded.

Fuel pump is stock for now, same goes for injectors.

Thankyou, so you haven't needed to upgrade MAP or fuel pressure sensor yet.

The 166 uses the same EDC15 ecu that the 156 2.4 JTD uses too right?

MAP sensor was upgraded to 3.5bar unit, and fuel pressure sensor is still stock.
That will be upgraded later when intercooler comes, and we will have to increase fuel pressure a bit more to keep injection times "efficient".

ECU is the same on all 10V engines.
