Finally decided my beautiful V6 has to go, the price of fuel has finally spoiled the pleasure for me especially as I do about 25,000 miles a year.
I've been and put a deposit on a White Giulietta Cloverleaf this afternoon. I was very impressed with the car, felt extremely solid and squeak free. It's a year old and is fully loaded, sat nav, Bose, glass roof with sun roof, etc. I had it out for an hour or so and thoroughly enjoyed it I even managed a cool 32mpg cruising at 80 on the motorway for 20 minutes. Even the 25mpg round the villages was well up on what I'm used to.
Hopefully shall have it home by the end of next week so I'll be moving to the section next door but will keep popping in to look for news on the 159's replacement. If they hadn't delayed it I might have hung on for it.
Wish me luck, but if it proves as reliable as my 159 I won't need it :)

The GQV is a good car for sure. I really enjoyed my extended test drive in one but it's not special enough to tempt me out of a V6 Brera. Clare liked it a lot too. Brilliant drive just sounds a bit lame & doesn't rev past 6k :(

Enjoy the new car:thumbs:

I'm considering a similar move to a GQV (probably a lease) for next year, although I only do around 15,000 miles a year. Mind you if Scotland gets a winter like the last one, it'll be hard to part with the Q4.

Good luck Spyder. I'll be following your new ownership posts closely.
