Guys I really need need some help as I can't work this out. I need to add resistors for my LED stop and indicator bulbs but I just can't stop the Canbus errors.

As far as I can tell the colours are and as follows:
Black = Ground
Grey = Brake
Yellow / Black = Tail
Blue / Black = Indicator

I've attached both resistors to the Black then connected one resistor to the grey and the other resistor the blue black. Sadly this doesn't work. (See in the attached pic)
The passenger side works fine but the ground is in the opposite place.

Any ideas, as I'm at a loss :(

Power does seem to be going through the resistors, the indicator one will get hot with the hazards on and all bulbs light

You should be able to get LED bulbs that have a resistor included and are canbus compatible. That's probably a better idea than trying to hack the wiring.
