Can someone please confirm the material (highlighted with yellow arrow) in the attached photo is vinyl and not leather.
Just to confirm, car is a 2010 159 Ti.

Yeh, pretty sure it's vinyl, even on the seats the non passenger contacting parts (I.e the outer sides and back ) appear to be vinyl as opposed the leather!
