hi all, can i ask if anyone know if these pads and disks are for my 56 plate 159

its the 1.9 JTDM 150bhp

Yes they would fit your car.

I have just fitted MTEC with Performance Friction pads they are fantastic compared to the standard brakes. I went for grooved and drilled. Drilled are better than the dimpled discs.
Have a look at the MTEC website they are very good on price cheaper and better than the Mintex ones. Plus there customer service is fantastic.
MTEC off pads also.
If you want the best pads you need to call Autolusso for the Performance Friction pads. Not that cheap though but it’s always nice to stop quick lol.

Cheers for the info, iv checked out Mtec and they are £5 dearer! Hardly worth mentioning! Haha

Think I will b going with dimpled and grooved though as iv heard loads if stories about drilled through disks cracking! Dimpled disks are just as good but they keep the structural strength.

I'm going to get the black protective coating put on aswell, looks cool when it's rubbed of and only the grooves and dimples are black!
