Most UK (RHD) / EU based body's (LHD) will have rust. From South Africa or Australia, you should be able to get a body in OK shape (RHD though). But shipping to Egypt will make it prohibitively expensive, and you have customs to worry about. I can get a RHD body for you for about 5000 ZAR / 3000 EGP.

Problem is Egypt we drive left hand drive... I'm pretty sure rusty is better than cut and shut..
