Thanks Autolusso to the nice work done on my rebuilt engine and all the other jobs its like a new baby I just need to run it in now but not shore which way is best to run it in as I've never done it before so many say just drive it and some say boot it so I'm going halfway and hope all is ok any advise is welcome

I would suggest you ask Autolusso for advice since they did the work:)

I would have thought not to go above 3000 revs in any gear for the first 1/2000 miles and vary the speeds too.....
But best to ask Autolusso :thumbs:

Normal run in for petrol engines is 3k max, 500 miles, back for an oil and filter change and then build up a thousand k max revs, per 100 miles. So 4k for 100, 5k for 100, 6k for 100. Then you're done. However, check the receipt the requirements should be shown as breaking them will void any warranty on the work.

No more than 3k Rpm for 500 miles and then back for an oil and filter change. There's no need to treat the throttle pedal like glass just don't be too brutal and keep the revs down.
